Requests for transcripts must be made in writing and must include the signature of the student. We cannot accept transcript requests via telephone. To request an official or unofficial transcript, please complete the Transcript Request Form聽and submit it with the transcript fee of $10 for the first transcript request (official/unofficial), $1 for each additional request (official/unofficial). Please allow for a 10 business day turn around time.
Make check/money order payable to: 天美传媒 Seminary (no cash please). Pay by debit/credit card or call the Business Office at 503.845.3923.
